ORDERS

  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Once a product is chosen, click 'Add to cart', and it will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. You can then continue to select products in our online store, adding to your shopping cart, as needed. If you have already completed the selection of products, then proceed directly to checkout.

SHIPPING

  • HOW LONG WILL IT BE UNTIL MY ORDER IS SENT AFTER PLACED?

Please allow 1-4 working days for handling your order. And we will try to ship your package as soon as possible.

  • HOW DO I KNOW MY ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a notification email from us when your order is shipped.

  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, on “my account” page, you can see the tracking number of your order. If you are not registered, you should receive the notification email about your shipping information when your order is shipped.

  • WHY MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT VALID?

The tracking number might be unavailable until a few days after dispatch. If your tracking number is still invalid or error after few days, please contact our customer service via email.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Post takes 12 to 20 working days in the U.S.  But it really depends on the destination. Please email us, if you have any concerns.

  • IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your package did not arrive after 24 days, please contact carrier or contact us via email. We will work together with the customer until there is a positive solution.

RETURNS

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Please head over to our 'Contact Us' page and tell us why you would like to return the product and we will resolve the issue.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase. And you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. But, please remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank.

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN?

The shipping cost and handling fee of returning the item to us are your responsibility.

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE ITEM(S)?

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
